This blog entry is a call for papers for additions to the annual Reviews section and the AWP Encyclopedia. Submissions are currently being accepted for the 2012 collections, with the next deadlines for submission on April 15 and June 30, 2012.
Submissions should be in MLA format, with citation references in parentheses within the body of the text, and a list of works cited at the end of the text. If other notes are needed, they should be presented as endnotes rather than footnotes.
All submissions will be peer reviewed. Submissions must contain a short bio-bibliographical statement about the author (less than 150 words) and a set of keywords for multiple indexing, including dates, geographic locations, subject headers, thematics, and proper names.

AWP ENCYCLOPEDIA
Our focus at the beginning of the project is the 19th-21rst centuries, but we also invite topic papers for any other time period. The following suggestions are representative, but intentionally incomplete. Unsolicited topic papers are invited on other topics. Topic papers will usually be between 1000-2000 words in length and accompanied by 5-10 bibliographical references at the end of the article and up to 5 links.

AWP REVIEWS
The AWP Review encourages voluntary review submissions of any work completed or exhibition held during the past three years. Review texts should be about 2,000 words in length, in MLA format with page references to works cited in parenthesis within the body of the text, and be accompanied by keywords and the author's bio-statement.
